Royal A-ware is een groeiend (inter)nationaal familiebedrijf met circa 2,5 miljard omzet. Samen met ruim 3. collega's maken we op ruim locaties in meerdere werelddelen, de lekkerste dagverse zuivel, room, tapas, melkpoeder en allerlei soorten kaas. Kaas die we op maat verwerken voor onze klanten in Nederland én de rest van de wereld.

Wat ga je doen?
In jouw rol als Team Lead Financial Applications fungeer je als centraal aanspreekpunt op het gebied van financiële bedrijfsapplicaties.
Als meewerkend voorman/-vrouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het Financial Applications Team (ca. 3 FTE) binnen Group IT. Dit team houdt zich bezig met alle functionele aspecten van financiële en daaraan gerelateerde bedrijfsapplicaties zoals workflow en documentbeheer, inclusief de integratie naar andere bedrijfsprocessen en randapplicaties.

Naast het de configuratie van de financiële module(s) in ons ERP systeem Infor M3, stel je functionele specificaties op voor interfaces of optimalisaties en bespreek je deze met je technische of logistieke collega's of met leveranciers. Uiteraard werk je nauw samen met controllers en (financiële) kerngebruikers voor de inrichting van hun processen. Je lost problemen op, voert wijzigingen door en participeert in de diverse – ook internationale - implementatie- en verbeterprojecten die de komende jaren gepland zijn.

Je bent sparring partner voor je collega's en co-ordineert vraag, capaciteit en prioriteitstellingen. Voor jouw team ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR gerelateerde zaken en inhoudelijke escalaties. Daarnaast motiveer je je collega's en dien je als sparring partner. Je ondersteunt het management bij het uitwerken en implementeren van applicatie architectuur en beheer procedures.

Wie ben jij?

Analytisch sterk, flexibel, oplossingsgericht & gedreven.

Een relevante HBO of WO opleiding en minstens 1 jaar leidinggevende ervaring.

In ieder geval 5 jaar ervaring als ERP Consultant, bij voorkeur in productie, food of logistiek.

Solide financiële achtergrond qua opleiding en ervaring.

Ervaring met Business Intelligence, workflow, forecasting, consolidatie, HR en/of of document management applicaties is een pré.

Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
