    Over de functie

    Het team Accounting & Reporting is verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van een tijdige, juiste en volledige grootboekadministratie, het verzorgen van de inrichting ervan en een juiste, tijdige en volledige informatieverstrekking hierover. Het team verzorgt daarnaast onder andere de externe verslaggeving, alsmede gerichte in- en externe verantwoordingsrapportages tbv Management Lasten, MSCI en INREV. Daarnaast levert het team op het gebied van financiële rapportages en analyses een actieve ondersteuning aan de regio's.

    Als Accounting & Reporting Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het informeren over en voeren van een tijdige, juiste en volledige grootboekadministratie op IFRS basis. Daarnaast verzorg je de juiste periodieke financiële rapportages t.b.v. interne en externe stakeholders en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een adequate inrichting van de verschillende vastgoedadministraties.

    Functie-eisen

  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Solide kennis van financieel administratieve processen, grootboekadministraties, fiscaliteit en Jaarrekeningprocessen;
  • Kennis van en ervaring met de financiële verslaglegging;
  • Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering- en automatiseringsprojecten;
  • Kennis van het werken met een ERP systeem;
  • Brede kennis en ervaring met MS Office (Word, Excel en Powerpoint);
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en kennis van de Engelse taal.
