    Wij zijn Cross Your Borders. Een creatief, ambitieus team met een passie voor het creëren van mondiale

    bewustwording onder jongeren. Dit doen we met onze interactieve burgerschapsprojecten op scholen door heel Nederland én met onze wereldse schoolreizen. Creëer impact en sluit je bij ons aan als:

    STAGIAIR(E) CREATIVE BUSINESS (HBO)

    8 - 40 uur per week

    Wat ga je doen?

    Je stage is divers, je wisselt het begeleiden van klassen en het coachen van docenten af met de inzet van je expertise in de organisatie.

    Taken als projectbegeleider

    · Begeleiden van middelbare scholieren tijdens interactieve burgerschapsprojecten

    · Kennis delen met jongeren over thema's als klimaatverandering, oneerlijke handel en mensenrechten

    · Samenwerken met mede-stagiaires en docenten tijdens het begeleiden van burgerschapsprojecten

    · Bezoeken van scholen door het hele land


    Taak als coach

    · Inhoudelijk ondersteunen en coachen van docenten die tijdens burgerschapsprojecten zelf hun klas begeleiden

    Voorbeelden van taken naast het begeleiden van projecten vanaf 24 uur per week (afhankelijk van opleiding en interesse)

    · Assisteren of coördineren van onderwijsprojecten en leiding geven aan een team

    · Aansturen van mede-stagiaires en docenten tijdens de uitvoering van onderwijsprojecten

    · Ontwikkelen van nieuwe innovatie spelopdrachten die gebruikt worden binnen de onderwijsprojecten

    · Verwerken van huidige ontwikkelingsproblematiek en actuele gebeurtenissen in de innovatieve spelopdrachten

    · Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van online en offline campagnes die bijdragen aan ons doel

    · Produceren en verspreiden van content op sociale media kanalen, zoals Instagram en LinkedIn

    · Eventueel je stage combineren met een (afstudeer)onderzoek

    · De kans om door te stromen naar een betaalde baan

    Wat wij vragen

    · Je bent een HBO-student

    · Je bent minimaal 3 maanden beschikbaar voor 16 uur per week of meer, of minimaal 6 maanden voor 8 uur per week

    · Je bent in het bezit van een studenten-week-OV-kaart

    · Je bent sociaal, energiek en vindt het leuk om jongeren bewust te maken van mondiale onrechtvaardigheid
