    We are looking for talented individuals to join our diverse and international Client Reporting team. This team is a key component of Investment Services & Reporting and is dedicated to crafting high-quality, timely reports for our clients. Our reports range from standard recurring commercial and legal documents to bespoke reports tailored to the unique needs of our wholesale and institutional clients. Based in Rotterdam, our team is comprised of eight passionate professionals, bringing a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives.

    Position

    As a Client Reporting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the technical processes that underpin our client reporting. Your responsibilities will include refining these processes and ensuring the seamless integration of inputs from various departments and systems. Your central role will involve coordinating and overseeing the Client Reporting processes through to the completion of the final report.

    We value team players who possess excellent communication skills, the ability to distil complex information into clear, understandable terms, and a keen interest in both the investment management industry and technological innovation.

    Requirements

    Open to individuals with diverse educational backgrounds and/or professional experience.

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience;
  • Bachelor degree or master level;
  • Prior exposure to the financial services or asset management sector is considered an asset;
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • A tech-savvy mindset, robust analytical abilities, practical approach, and commitment to quality;
  • Experience in streamlining manual data processes, for instance, through Excel VBA or Python;
  • Fluent in English, both verbally as well as in writing;
  • Exceptional communication skills and a client-centric approach;
  • A proactive, adaptable team member who thrives under pressure and is meticulous about meeting deadlines and delivering high quality work.
