We zijn niet op zoek naar één stagiaire, maar twee voor de functie Integrale Veiligheid. Hier op de afdeling ben jij het creatieve brein achter een unieke stage, waar geen dag hetzelfde is Als een belangrijk teamlid werk je samen met ons aan het verbeteren van de veiligheid binnen Center Parcs. In deze zelfstandige stage dagen we je uit om overzichten te maken, mysteriebezoeken uit te werken en analyses te doen. Het gaat verder dan alleen het maken van PowerPoints voor de safety pool; maandelijks draag je bij aan de KPI's die de basis vormen voor het managen van onze parken op het gebied van veiligheid. Creatief denken is een must, net als het tonen van verantwoordelijkheid en proactief zijn bij uitdagingen.
Eén van onze stagiaires focust specifiek op Nederland en België. Maandelijks duik je in de waterrapporten van alle landen. Je krijgt een training die aansluit op deze rapporten. Hier leer je hoe je de vloer- en waterkwaliteit van zwembaden samenvat en deze deelt met onze General Managers. Hieruit ontdek je trends die de basis vormen voor het watermanagement in onze parken.
De andere stagiair(e) heeft een internationale focus en werkt nauw samen met de directie. Je speurt informatie op, waarbij een goede kennis van Frans en Duits een waardevolle aanvulling is.
Deze stage geeft je niet alleen een blik achter de schermen, maar biedt ook ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en uit te blinken binnen strakke deadlines. Als kers op de taart staan er regelmatig parkbezoeken in de agenda
Met wie ga je samenwerken?
Samen met Harrie en Pascal vorm je het Risk Management team op het Shared Service Centre op de Kempervennen. Zij zullen jou begeleiden en ondersteunen tijdens deze stage.
Gregoire zal je begeleiden op het park de Erperheide. Onder zijn hoedde ben je voornamelijk internationaal gericht.
Doordat je samenwerkt met de 4 landen, komen je internationale vaardigheden zeker van pas

Competenties
Naast een match met het team en jouw interesse in Integrale Veiligheid, is het voor ons ook belangrijk dat je over de volgende kennis en vaardigheden beschikt:
· Je volgt een HBO- studie in de richting van Bachelor Integrale Veiligheid, Facility Management, Safety & Security Management, Integrale Veiligheidskunde of gerelateerd
· Je bent beschikbaar vanaf februari 2024 voor deze stage uur per week);
· Je kunt goed zelfstandig te werk gaan;
· Je bent vaardig in het gebruiken van Powerpoint en Excel;
· Je bent goed met deadlines;
· Het hebben van een B-rijbewijs is een pre;
· Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Frans en Duits is een pré.
