    Marketing & Communications Manager

    Wat ga jij doen?

    Novidon en Duynie Ingredients staan op het punt om samen te gaan als Duynie Ingredients. Als Marketing & Communications Manager speel jij een belangrijk rol in deze ontwikkeling. Jij zal in de lead zijn omtrent marketing- en communicatieactiviteiten voor de Divisie Ingredients gericht op de segmenten Food, Petfood en Technical. De markten Petfood en Technical zijn ons bekend maar de Food markt is voor ons nieuw terrein en jij brengt de kennis mee om ons succesvol te positioneren in deze markt. Ook ben jij een expert op het gebied van interne en externe communicatie. Uiteraard word je hierin ondersteund door onze sales- en marketingcollega's.

    Daarnaast zullen deze taken ook een belangrijk onderdeel zijn van je werk:

    • Jij bent in de lead omtrent de marketing- en communicatiestrategie voor Divisie Ingredients;
    • Jij bepaalt samen met collega's en stakeholders de positionering van de onderliggende segmenten binnen de Divisie Ingredients;
    • Jij zorgt voor relevante content, (digitale) campagnes en leadgeneratie binnen de segmenten Food, Technical & Petfood;
    • Jij bent in staat om door middel van rapportages informatie te presenteren aan het management;
    • Jij werkt in nauwe samenwerking met de Centrale Marketing & Communicatie afdeling;
    • Jij ben het aanspreekpunt voor de Duynie centrale marketing afdeling;
    • Je rapporteert aan de Commercieel Directeur Ingredients Divisie en functioneel aan de Marketing- & Communicatieafdeling.


    Wat neem jij mee?
    Jij herkent jezelf in de volgende eigenschappen:

    • HBO werk- en denkniveau met afgeronde commerciële opleiding;
    • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijk rol;
    • Jij bent commercieel gedreven en klantgericht;
    • Jij bent sterk met data en weet hier de juiste conclusies aan te verbinden;
    • Jij hebt ruime ervaring met digital marketing;
    • Achtergrond in voedingsmiddelentechnologie is een pré;
    • Jij bent creatief en een aanpakker met verbeeldingskracht;
    • Jij bent analytisch sterk, een zelfstarter en een teamspeler.


    Wat krijg jij ervoor terug?
    Uiteraard staat hier ook een mooie beloning tegenover:

    • Een salaris dat past bij jouw achtergrond en relevante werkervaring;
    • 8% vakantietoeslag;
    • 30 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek;
    • Een telefoonvergoeding van €15,- (BYO-device) netto per maand. Het abonnement wordt betaald;
    • €16,25 bruto per maand vergoeding als bijdrage in de ziektekosten;
    • Een pensioenregeling bij het PGB;
    • Reiskostenvergoeding bij een minimum van 10 km enkele reis.


    Over Duynie
    Duynie Group is continue op zoek naar innovatieve oplossingen voor het circulair verwaarden en upcyclen van co-producten. Deze co-producten ontstaan uit productie van voedsel, dranken en biobrandstoffen. Deze co-producten zijn grondstoffen waar vervolgens weer nieuwe producten uit geproduceerd worden. Deze producten worden ingezet in de volgende segmenten: Food, Petfood, Technical, Feed en Biogas. Op deze manier dragen we via Duynie serieus bij aan een circulaire economie en gaat er dus niets verloren. We maken op deze manier de wereld een beetje beter en daar zijn we ontzettend trots op
