Role Description

In this role you will use your multitasking, administrative and pro-active skills to ensure smooth workflow at the Boxmeer site.

Responsibilities

Typing documents and correspondence.
Filing documents and maintaining organized records.
Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate individuals.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Managing calendars and coordinating schedules.
Keeping records of appointments and important dates.
Coordinating meetings and conferences, including arranging logistics.
Obtaining necessary supplies for the department or individual.
Sorting and distributing incoming mail.
Working on special projects, which may involve recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.

Requirements:

Multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Demonstrating strong communication skills in interactions with colleagues and external parties.
Demonstrating strong organizational skills to maintain efficiency.
Working with moderate work direction but being able to identify issues or problems and seeking assistance as needed to resolve them.
