    Job Description

    About the role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth across various digital channels for always-on and calendared consumer campaigns Worldwide.

    The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, leading a team, and delivering measurable results. This role requires a strategic problem solver with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance goals.
    • Be responsible for all digital marketing channels i.e. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Digital TV, Audio...
    • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and optimize strategies to improve return on investment and KPIs - understanding of sophisticated critical metric setting (connecting business with third party platform critical metrics, guardrail critical metrics & monitoring)
    • Understand A/B testing and incremental measurement
    • Profound understanding of creative, audience and bidding strategies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and standard methodologies, and incorporate innovative ideas into the overall marketing strategy.
    • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to find opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standard methodologies in digital marketing, including data privacy laws and advertising standards.
    • Handle budgets and steer investment modeling within Growth Marketing.
    Role Qualifications and Requirements
    • 8+ years with a proven experience in digital marketing and at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business results.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and iROI.
    • Global and large market experience required. Focus on US, UK, DE and experience in LATAM and APAC markets.
    • In-house/client side experience and ecommerce experience highly preferable.
    • Proven strength in leading teams to develop omni-channel strategies and content efficiency to set the standard on brand and performance marketing effectiveness
    • Highly experienced in agency & external partner management.
    • Strong digital, programmatic media and ad-tech knowledge. Proficient in using digital channels for brand & performance.
    • Experience in leading an impactful team and developing individuals.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams in an international environment
    • Consistent track record to influence and adapt communication style to effectively communicate to senior & executive level partners and peers.
    • Ability to drive innovation and change forward and set clear strategic agenda for team and collaborators.
    • Solution oriented, data curious and result driven
    • Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
    • Good communication (i.e. public speaking) and analytical skills
    • Language: English. Other languages a plus.
