- Provide comprehensive executive and secretarial support;
- Handle daily correspondence, communication and appointments;
- Maintain up-to-date filing system and record keeping;
- Prepare and review straightforward or standard agreements;
- Perform miscellaneous and ad-hoc tasks.
- Diploma or above in Legal Studies or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years' solid relevant work experiences;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, detail-oriented and communication skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently under minimal supervision;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).

Main Responsibilities
Requirements
The appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term full-time contract, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
