- You can confidently plan and manage financial forecasts and budgets.
- You know how to manage stakeholders and know how to get things done by bringing structure & prioritization with tact and organizational savviness.
- You led an organization through a similar scaling phase before and thrived on these dynamics with your unparalleled execution power and drive to create a unique People & Organization approach.

THE ASSIGNMENT
The Head of People & Organization is expected to lead a visionary People strategy while nurturing The Ocean Cleanup's culture. He/She also provides strategic guidance, consultation, and support to the Management Team on all People related topics in carrying out the mission of The Ocean Cleanup.
