    Als beveiliger bij een high risk object zorg jij voor de veiligheid in en rondom het object. Ga direct fulltime of parttime aan de slag. Trigion. De veilige keuze.

    Functieomschrijving

    Werken als beveiliger in opleiding bij een high risk object betekent dat je veel te maken krijgt met vertrouwelijke informatie. Je loopt brand- en sluitrondes, controleert bezoekers. Alleen of Samen met je collega beveiligers heb jij een belangrijke functie en sta je voor integriteit en betrouwbaarheid. De locatie van dit high risk object is in Haarlem.

    Afwisselend en uitdagend is je baan als beveiliger in opleiding bij Trigion zeker. De veiligheid van medewerkers en leveranciers van het high risk object ligt in jouw handen. Jij maakt het verschil door bij dreigende situaties op de juiste manier te reageren. Naast je kennis van de theorie luister je ook naar je onderbuikgevoel. Je treedt daadkrachtig op als dat nodig is. Zorgen dat iedereen veilig is en zich ook zo voelt is jouw kerntaak. Eenzijdig is je werk in de beveiliging nooit. Verantwoordelijk is het wel. Trigion is niet voor niets 'de veilige keuze'.

    Bij dit high risk object werk je alle soorten diensten. Het is dus belangrijk dat je flexibel bent. Als beveiliger in opleiding bij Trigion houd je je hoofd koel en ligt de nadruk in jouw werkzaamheden op:

    • Preventief handelen. Jij hebt een neus voor opvallende situaties of gedrag en grijpt al in voordat er echte problemen ontstaan.
    • Onveilige of afwijkende situaties herkennen. Jij hebt het als eerste in de gaten wanneer iets niet gaat zoals het 'hoort'.
    • Vriendelijk ontvangen van bezoekers en gasten en ze wegwijs maken op de locatie.
    • Receptiewerkzaamheden. Een afwisseling van mail, telefonie tot face to face klantcontact.
    • Meldkamerwerkzaamheden. Een oog voor detail.
    • Portiersloge. Snel kunnen schakelen.
    • Fouilleren / visiteren.

    Wat je krijgt

    Een uitdagende afwisselende baan en een team leuke collega's met:

    • Een volledig door ons betaalde mbo-opleiding. Als welkomstkado
    • Na succesvol behalen van je diploma direct een vast contract.
    • Bruto-uurloon van €15,33 per uur.
    • Na het behalen van je opleiding heb je direct recht op een verhoogd bruto-uurloon.
    • Onregelmatigheidstoeslagen. Je kunt je uurloon namelijk flink laten stijgen door te werken in de avonden (10%), nachten (20%), weekenden (35%) en op feestdagen (50%) Samen kan dit maandelijks oplopen tot wel €760,- bruto extra
    • Volledige reiskostenvergoeding als je met het OV reist of 0,18 per km (vanaf 9 km).
    • Een parkeermogelijk in de buurt van het object
    • Rooster dat 4 weken van tevoren bekend is.
    • Pensioenregeling, eindejaarsuitkering en vakantiegeld.
    • Uniform- en stomerijvergoeding en collectiviteitskorting op je zorgverzekering.
    • Toegang tot online trainingen van de Trigion Academie.

    Wie je bent

    Gemotiveerd ben jij voor de volle 100%. Actief durf je jezelf wel te noemen, als beveiliger loop je wat af. Jij ziet jezelf wel rondlopen om alles op het gebied van veiligheid te controleren. Dat je leergierig bent hoeven we je niet uit te leggen. De opleiding is nog maar het begin. Mogelijk wil je daarna verder groeien en misschien zelfs wel teamleider of praktijkbegeleider worden. Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en je:

    • Hebt geen strafblad. Een screening bij de politie is onderdeel van de sollicitatieprocedure.
    • Beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en je beheerst de basisvaardigheden Engels.
    • Hebt minimaal een MBO-1 vooropleiding afgerond (of een VMBO diploma/overgangsbewijs van 3 naar 4 Havo)
    • Bent woonachtig binnen 50 km vanaf Haarlem.
    • Kan altijd op locatie komen.
