- Onderhouden van het netwerk van stakeholders in de brede zin (overheden, politiek, NGO's, boerenorganisaties, brancheverenigingen);
- Uitwerken en bewerken van position papers, zowel voor intern als voor extern gebruik;
- Bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen van een gedragen CSR-beleid van Plant Based Solutions, in lijn met de Agrifirm visie en het CSR-beleid;
- Het uitdragen van CSR-beleid binnen en buiten Agrifirm;
- Externe ontwikkelingen op het gebied van CSR analyseert en intern adresseert;
- Ontwikkelen van en implementeren van relevante CSR KPI's, inclusief het doorvertalen naar de concrete metingen;
- Het opvolgen, analyseren en rapporteren over de resultaten daarvan aan het Management Team Plant Based Solutions en naar Agrifirm Group.
- ervaring met of opleiding in verband met het implementeren van corporate social responsibility binnen het groot bedrijfsleven;
- aantoonbare passie voor verduurzaming van de agrarische sector;
- ervaring met het werken en toepassen van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen en meststoffen vanuit een ontwikkel-, productmanagement of senior adviesrol;
- inzicht en, bij voorkeur, ervaring met alternatieve producten en teelt strategieën.

De uitdaging
Als Sustainability Officer ben je onderdeel van het strategieteam. Duurzaam opereren en verantwoord telen zijn de thema's waar je je mee bezig houdt. Of dit nu gaat om het verhogen van biodiversiteit, het verlagen van emissies, of duurzaam verdienvermogen van de teler, het zijn allemaal onderwerpen die hieronder vallen. Je weet wat de externe ontwikkelingen hierop zijn en kan deze vertalen naar wat de impact hiervan is op onze boeren en telers én onze bedrijfsvoering. Je bent ook de stem naar buiten toe op onderwerpen die de teelt raken.

Het betreft een functie waarbij je deels vanuit huis werkt, deels onderweg bent om klanten te bezoeken en deels vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Apeldoorn werkt (direct gelegen aan de A50). Je komt terecht in een jong en betrokken team in opbouw en waar samenwerking en resultaat centraal staan.
