    As the ESG Lead, you're responsible for further developing and improving the ESG foundations in collaboration with Internal Project Managers.

    Craft and execute strategies to align with company objectives.

    Champion Compliance:
    Ensure ISO standards are met in ESG frameworks.

    Stay Ahead of the Game:
    Keep up-to-date with ESG regulations and industry best practices.

    Legal Luminary:
    Offer legal counsel to ensure activities meet ESG standards.

    Tech Wizard:
    Provide guidance on sustainable IT according to European regulations.

    Lead Epic ESG Projects:
    Gather internal and external stakeholders for impactful meetings.

    Plan for Success:
    Create and oversee detailed project plans for ESG initiatives.

    Risk Mitigator:
    Identify and address risks associated with ESG projects.

    Due Diligence Dynamo:
    Conduct thorough due diligence on ESG matters in business transactions.

    Navigate Legal Waters:
    Advise on legal risks related to ESG aspects of operations.

    Engage and Influence:
    Interact with investors, regulatory bodies, and advocacy groups on ESG matters.

    Promote Transparency:
    Cultivate transparency and accountability through stakeholder relations.

    Tell the Story:
    Prepare compelling ESG-related reports and communications for regulatory filings and sustainability reports.
    Requirements
    Possess 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role.
    Hold relevant academic qualifications, ideally at the master's level.
    Exhibit strong teamwork, drive, proactivity, accountability, and cooperativeness.
    Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
    You live in Arnhem-Nijmegen area.
    You have a valid working permit.
