    Als operationeel manager van Pacific denk je mee over de groei en strategie van het bedrijf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken en het behoud van de kwaliteit op de vloer binnen de 3WO normen en waarden. Op het gebied van personeel en inkoop biedt je ondersteuning om gestelde brutomarges te halen. Daarnaast denk je mee aan de uitvoering van gerichte projecten om het bedrijfsresultaat te verbeteren en werk je actief mee op de vloer.

    Wie we zoeken:

  • Als coachende manager zorg je ervoor dat de mensen om je heen het beste uit zichzelf halen
  • Je stuurt aan op resultaten, je werkt graag met deadlines en weet dit uitstekend te vertalen naar de vloer en stakeholders;
  • Als het druk is blijf jij rustig, bij onverwachte gebeurtenissen kan jij snel schakelen
  • Je werkt actief mee op de vloer, bent minstens 2 weekenddagen beschikbaar en hebt geen 9 tot 5-mentaliteit;
  • En je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als bedrijfsleider.
