Purpose of the role:


Responsibilities:


ESG Strategy Development:


Collaborate with ESG Program Team and cross-functional teams to develop and timely implement the company's ESG strategy, ensuring compliance to applicable requirements and alignment with organizational goals.


Data Collection and Analysis:


Support collecting, analysis, and interpretation of ESG data of internal Working Teams on the material ESG topics and external sources (including sustainability reports stakeholder feedback).

Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and help to drive decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate ESG initiatives, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.

Reporting and Disclosure:

Support the preparation and dissemination of ESG reports, policies, strategy documents, disclosures, targets, metrics, and communications, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.


Project Coordination:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of ESG projects and initiatives, tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met within scope and budget.


Risk Management:

Support the identification of ESG-related risks and opportunities, assessing their potential impact on the business, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.


Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to ESG policies, procedures, and programs.


Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSR, ESG) preferred.
  • 13+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related fields, preferably within a corporate setting or consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management experience preferred, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks preferred and sustainability best practices.
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive social and environmental change.
