    (Senior) Manager Business Control

    De klant verder helpen met jouw expertise op het gebied van Business Control. Bij Deloitte.

    What impact will you make?

    Als (Senior) Manager Business Control ben je breed inzetbaar binnen financial controlling, waarbij je met jouw managerial en commerciële inslag veel impact kan maken bij onze zeer uiteenlopende klanten, zowel groot als klein en actief binnen verschillende industrieën. Je kunt snel acteren en heb inhoudelijke kennis op het gebied van business control en finance control. Je zult als slagvaardige manager verantwoordelijk zijn voor het (mede) aansturen en begeleiden van projectteams, zowel van de klant als van Deloitte.

    How do you do this?

    • (door)ontwikkelen en aansturen van managed services in de mid-market, waarbij managerial en commerciële ervaring benodigd is;
    • opstellen van Accounting & Reporting Manuals, ERP implementaties, Risk & Control Frameworks en Financiele transformaties;
    • (mede) aansturen en begeleiden van projectteams, zowel van de klant als van Deloitte;
    • (mede) verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van het team en de dienstverlening;
    • (mede) verantwoordelijk voor de acquisitie van nieuwe opdrachten en het uitbouwen van het cliënten en relatie netwerk;
    • coachen en begeleiden van junior collega's.

    • Een pensioenregeling waarbij je eigen bijdrage slechts 2% is.
    • Voor later.
    • Mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan de collectieve zorgkostenregeling.
    • Fiscaal voordelige zaken. Denk aan bedrijfsfitness, het aanschaffen van een fiets tegen bruto salaris of de mogelijkheid om een fiets te leasen.
    • De mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van 55 uur oppasdienst per kalenderjaar, als jouw kind 12 jaar of jonger is.
    • Een maandelijks budget waarmee je keuzes kunt maken in flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals extra vakantiedagen of het financieren van een fietsplan.
    • Zes weken volledig betaald geboorteverlof voor traditionele huishoudens en regenbooggezinnen.

    Natuurlijk laat je jezelf niet van de wijs brengen en is jouw aanpak gericht op uitkomst en resultaat. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als (Senior) Manager Business Control:

    • een afgeronde HBO/WO studie met een Finance component, met eventueel een post-master;
    • minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een finance, audit of IT team;
    • uitstekende tooling kennis van onder andere SAP, Excel, ERP pakketten, Microsoft BI en Tableau;
    • ervaring met het werken binnen multifunctionele teams voor internationale klanten;
    • beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal. In woord en geschrift.
