    Wat houdt het werk in als Retail Artist?

    • Je bent een ware Brand Ambassador en belichaamt de richtlijnen van ons merk, volledig in lijn met ons verfijnde merkimago en DNA.
    • Je legt duurzame relaties met de medewerkers en het management van de Bijenkorf om de samenwerking naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
    • Het behalen en overtreffen van je verkoopdoelen is jouw tweede natuur.
    • Jij weet als geen ander hoe je gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring kunt bieden, waarbij beleving centraal staat.
    • Je volgt nauwgezet de procedures en richtlijnen van de Bijenkorf om een naadloze samenwerking te waarborgen.

    Wie ben jij?

    • Je bent een charismatische teamplayer die effectief communiceert en uitstekend samenwerkt met gasten en collega's van de Bijenkorf.
    • Jouw inspirerende vaardigheden als Make-up Artist zijn ongeëvenaard. Met een indrukwekkend portfolio weet je jouw creativiteit om te zetten in verkoopresultaten.
    • Resultaatgerichtheid is jouw drijfveer, waarbij je zowel van verkopen als actie houdt.
    • Je bent nieuwsgierig van aard en hebt een oprechte passie voor de wereld van beauty, luxe, design en kunst.
    • Je bent altijd leergierig en absorbeert alle kennis die met beauty te maken heeft als een spons.

    Wat vragen wij van jou?

    • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in make-up of skincare.
    • Retailervaring in een luxueuze omgeving is een grote pré.
    • Jouw vaardigheden als Make-up Artist zijn simpelweg fantastisch.
    • Je hebt bewezen successen geboekt in het behalen van targets.
    • Ervaring in verkoop is van onschatbare waarde.
    • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
    • Flexibel zijn en bereid zijn om in het weekend te werken is voor jou geen probleem.
    • Je bent beschikbaar op oproepbasis.
