Hysteria Tattoo, a dynamic and creative tattoo studio, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Floor Manager to join our team for weekend shifts.

Our studio is located in Amsterdam, we pride ourselves on our artistic environment and high standards of cleanliness and client service.

As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation and impeccable presentation of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:


Daily Cleaning Routine:

Start Fresh: Begin each day by clearing any clutter from surfaces, workstations, and waiting areas to maintain a welcoming environment.

Floors: Perform thorough cleaning tasks including vacuuming and mopping all floor areas, particularly under furniture and in hard-to-reach corners.

Disinfect: Utilize disinfectant wipes or sprays to thoroughly clean counters, chairs, and tattoo beds to ensure a hygienic workspace.

Trash Management: Regularly check and replace trash bags as needed to maintain cleanliness.


Organize Workstations:

Setup: Ensure that the tattoo chair, light, armrest, and stool are correctly positioned and ready for use.

Supplies: Maintain a well-stocked and sanitized workstation at all times.


Waiting Area and Reception:

Tidy Up: Keep the waiting area clean and ensure that chairs are neatly arranged.

Clean Frequently: Regularly clean the reception desk, coffee machine, and other shared surfaces to uphold a pristine environment.

Stock Up: Ensure that essential items such as consent forms and aftercare sheets are adequately stocked and accessible.


Personal Belongings:

Staff Organization: Oversee that all staff members keep their personal items organized and separate from common areas to prevent clutter.

• Experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a hospitality or retail setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• A commitment to cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment.

This position requires availability on weekends.
