- Facturatie en automatisering: het aansturen van het facturatieproces en het beperken van de werkkapitaalposities voor projecten binnen je portfolio, waarbij je voortdurend streeft naar procesverbeteringen en automatisering van facturatie. Daarnaast leer je de verschillende elementen kennen van het facturatieproces: belastingen, intercompany transacties etc.
- Business control voor Basic projecten (projecten tot +/- 100k EUR): zoals het ondersteunen bij het verwerken van projectbudgetten en forecasts, het checken van contractdocumentatie en het beoordelen van onderhanden werk posities met behulp van Project Alert Dashboards en financiële overzichten
- Finance Business partnering: het onderhouden van gezonde werkrelaties met Projectmanagers voor Basic projecten: neem een proactieve rol bij het benaderen en ondersteunen van Projectmanagers op het gebied van facturatie, Project Control & compliance
- Project monitoring & reporting: het gebruiken van onze ERP-systemen (Agresso Business World) en rapportagetools om financiële performance van projecten te beoordelen (PowerBI)
- Procedures & compliance: je speelt een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze projectadministratie en interne controles (bv op contract documentatie en facturatie).
- Een MBO- opleiding of Associate degree in Finance, Business Administration & Control of gerelateerd vakgebied
- Relevante werkervaring is een pré (2-3 jaar)
- Digitale vaardigheden (je pikt nieuwe systemen en processen snel op).
- Basiskennis van gerelateerde disciplines (facturering, automatisering en ERP/ boekhoudsystemen).
