Wil jij aan de slag bij een snelgroeiende internationale onderneming die zich inzet voor het welzijn van dieren? Dan is deze job een buitenkans. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Site Implementation Lead die ons helpt het team van Dechra Bladel te ondersteunen voor een periode van 12-14 maanden.
De divisie Manufacturing & Supply binnen Dechra implementeert een nieuwe Oracle Cloud ERP-oplossing op alle productielocaties wereldwijd (intern project Delphi genoemd). Als Site Implementation Lead stel je zeker dat de Bladel site gereed is voor de implementatie van dit nieuwe ERP-systeem. Dit omvat het op effectieve wijze opzetten, beoordelen, auditen en uitrollen van processen en procedures die binnen de locatie Bladel vereist zijn. Deze functie kan deels remote worden ingevuld. Je rapporteert aan de Deployment Lead - ERP.
Hoofdverantwoordelijkheid
Deze tijdelijke functie is zeer divers. Om te beginnen leid je de organisatieveranderingen binnen Dechra Bladel, zorg je voor de effectiviteit van de projectcommunicatie en creëer je een feedbackcultuur tussen het projectteam, het Site Senior Leadership Team (SLT) en de medewerkers van de locatie. Je assisteert bij de gap analyse en ondersteunt de uitvoering van activiteiten om de geïdentificeerde hiaten/veranderingen te dichten. Je werkt samen met het SLT en het projectteam aan de go-live van het EPR-systeem, inclusief bedrijfscontinuïteitsplanning, benodigde site downtime en overzicht van openstaande punten op het moment van go-live. Je beheert (en ondersteunt bij de uitvoering van het) implementatieplan en de communicatiestrategie binnen de site. Daarnaast fungeer je als escalatiepunt tussen het site-implementatieteam, het SLT en het projectteam, waarbij je projectleden verantwoordelijk houdt voor het uitvoeren van acties binnen de afgesproken tijdslijnen. Je zorgt ervoor dat relevante procedures en overige documentatie worden bijgewerkt. Ook leid je de User Acceptance Testen op de locatie, neem je indien nodig deel aan testcycli en coördineer je waar nodig met relevante stakeholders. Hierbij fungeer je als superuser en ambassadeur van het nieuwe ERP-systeem. Ten slotte werk je samen met andere site-implementatieleiders, waarbij KPI's, geleerde lessen, risico's en communicatiemiddelen worden gedeeld.
