- Receive customer orders and process any special requirements;
- Liaise with planning and production to achieve the best possible delivery dates for our customers;
- Discuss special requirements internally and liaise with Customer;
- Process order changes;
- Check progress of orders in production and advise customer of any ship date changes;
- Support customers or internal stakeholders with any enquiries;
- Contribute to and maintain the value of 5S, standard work, problem solving, continuous improvement and process adherence.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Previous Sales OR Customer Support experience in a similar (production/ Manufacturing) environment;
- Fluent in English & other main European language in both writing and speech (essential);
- IT skills, including Microsoft Office (essential); Desirable if held previous experience using Microsoft Navision ( Business Central) or any pther ERP related system
- Highly motivated;
- Flexible approach to work times and tasks;
- Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure ensuring tight deadlines are met;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Able to communicate across all departments and at all levels;
- Team player, both internal and external.;
- Capable of working on own initiative and proactively as part of a team.
