    Beschrijving

    Als technical writer zal je binnen een klein en ambitieus projectteam werken dat verantwoordelijk is voor de continue ontwikkeling van het POS4 kassasysteem, onze restaurant POS (Point of Sale) software. Je zal in korte tijd ervaring en kennis van de software opdoen en dit vertalen naar diverse documentatie voor verschillende gebruikersgroepen.

    Overige taken en verantwoordelijkheden

    • Opzetten van documentatie en de bijbehorende processen

    • Het maken en vertalen van online documentatie, installatiehandleidingen en release notes

    • Het dusdanig uitwerken van alle documentatie en aanpassen naar de behoefte van de gebruikers (klanten, ontwikkelaars, support medewerkers en eindgebruikers)

    Jouw profiel

    • Je volgt minimaal een relevante HBO opleiding of je hebt deze inmiddels afgerond

    • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk)

    • Je kunt goed in een team functioneren maar ook zelfstandig

    • Je bent leergierig en kan je goed verplaatsen in een specifieke gebruikersgroep

    • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
