About us Damen Services provides its services to the customers of Damen Shipyards as a total services solution provider.Damen Services is responsible for carrying out a wide range of service activities worldwide and on a commercial basis, resulting from the start-up, deployment and life time extension of delivered installations/vessels.
Also the realization of training for crews, the delivery of ships, maintenance management and the supply of parts during (new) construction are part of the services portfolio.
This includes products such as spare part packages, vessel operating manuals, maintenance plans and maintenance analysis. The products are created in multi-disciplinary teams.The role As a Technical Writer you create clear and unambiguous content for the vessel operating manuals and other ship-related documentation and information products.

Manage your own projects, including planning and budget.
Are able to work at a Bachelor level;
Are able to write clear and concise in the English language. Are part of a team, but can also complete a project by yourself;
Adjusts well to shifting priorities when necessary;
