Will you be our new colleague?
In this position you will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team. Our organization consists of enthusiastic people with a lot of practical knowledge from which you can learn a lot. As Operator Production you are responsible for the entire production process of baking different types of products. You monitor the process, adjust where necessary and carry out (quality) checks. In addition, you are able to solve minor malfunctions.


You will work in a team of 5 to 6 colleagues per shift to make various types of bread fresh every day for the supermarkets.

You will be trained internally by your direct colleagues and they will support you in your development as an Operator.


What are you going to do?

  • Correctly set up the machines;
- correct weighing of raw materials;
- preparing the dough;
- checking the baking process from dough to bread;
- performing (quality) checks;
- troubleshooting;
- ensure a neat and clean workplace.


You will be working in a 3-shift system, your target times in your work schedule are as follows:

  • 1 week in the day shift from 08:00
  • 16:00
  • 1 week in the late shift from 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
  • 1 week in the night shift from 00:00 08:00
  • After these 3 weeks, your schedule starts again. Of course, it can sometimes happen that services overrun. Within the bakery we all put our shoulders to the wheel and we stay longer when necessary._

Availability, you are willing to work in 3 shifts and (rotating on Saturdays).


Skills, has technical insight and learns how to solve minor malfunctions.

€2.681,00 - €3.139,00 per month
