    Responsibilities

  • Manage and track the registration process for workshop attendees including sending out invitations, invoices, and course confirmations and logistics
  • Process course fees, track and monitor logistical and faculty payments and travel reimbursements
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual support, and materials shipment and distribution
  • Maintain overall control, quality and organization of multiple events
  • Ensure seamless event planning and adherence to timelines
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, industry experts, and healthcare organizations
  • Ensure compliance with national and local regulations including coordinating legal agreements with industry experts and healthcare organizations
    • What you bring

  • Post-secondary professional education (MBO)
  • At least 2 years of experience in event coordination or project management
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills in another European language
  • Ability to work on multiple deadlines and projects
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Europe, including the weekends
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and especially Excel spreadsheets
