We are seeking a Personal Assistant for our CEO to join our team

About the Role

Responsibilities:

Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations, and follow up on action items as necessary
Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodations
Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare various documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and professionalism
Planning and coordinating events, from logistics to execution, to ensure successful outcomes
Manage tasks and projects efficiently, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining clear communication with the team
Conduct research on various topics as needed, compiling relevant information and presenting findings in a concise manner
Run personal errands as required
Act as a liaison between internal staff and external contacts, fostering positive relationships and facilitating collaboration

Qualifications:
