    Mission

    Weare seeking a highly skilled and organized professional with an academicbackground in business andan interest in agrifood sector,to join our company as an Executive Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hendrix Genetics, providing criticalsupport in preparing for meetings, drafting memos, and developing businesscases. Your primary focus will be on the effective implementation of thecompany's business strategy.

    Profile

    What are your responsibilities?

  • Meeting Preparation: Collaborate with the CEO to prepare for meetings byresearching and gathering relevant information. Create detailed agendas,compile necessary documents, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared fordiscussions. Coordinate with various business units to gather information andinsights necessary for decision-making discussions.
  • Memo Writing: Develop clear and concise memos on various businesstopics, summarizing key information and providing actionable insights.Communicate complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
  • Business Case Development: Provide support Business Units indevelopingcomplete business cases for key strategic initiatives using company templates. Ensure business cases are aligned with the overallcompany strategy and provide clear insights into potential risks and benefits.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various internal stakeholders.Facilitate effective communication, ensuring that key messages are conveyedaccurately and in a timely manner.

    • Who are you?

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Familiarity with the animal genetics industry is a pre
  • Superior computer skills
  • Excellent in English language (written and verbal)
  • A pro-active and service oriented team player
  • A good communicator
  • Highly accurate; able to pay attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great in planning and organizing
