    To further strengthen our Digital Service & Delivery Team within Poultry Services, we are looking forward meeting you as our new Integration Support Specialist . In this role you help our Poultry Technical Support organisation in supporting our digital poultry solutions (such as IMPAQT, Innova, connected machines) at customers such that these work correctly and remain reliable from a data integrity perspective.

    Digital solutions involve many components from Machine and Process data collection to data visualization that all need to work seamless so that the customer can rely on it. These components are developed and maintained by different organisational disciplines; the Integration Support Specialist connects those disciplines and uses his extensive knowledge and stakeholder management skills to get things done.

    In the case a customer experiences an issue that requires disciplines outside Technical Support to solve, you step in to drive the resolution process. Afterwards, you will take care of a thorough root cause analysis and initiate and follow-up all necessary improvement actions to prevent the issue from happening again. You provide input to the development and sustainment of our digital poultry solutions to make digital solutions integer, reliable, robust, and supportable.

    Main tasks:

  • Oversee the full technology stack of the digital Poultry solutions (from Machine Controls, to MES Software, to Cloud Platform); understand the effect of architectural and technology decisions on integrity, reliability, robustness, and supportability; translate your knowledge and experience into product requirements in close cooperation with PTO controls & logistics
  • Represent services during the development and sustainment of digital solutions; ensure integrity, supportability, robustness and resilience from a data and IT/controls perspective
  • Drive the resolution process and ensure all different functions and teams to work together seamless during (complex) customer issues; manage all stakeholders and know when and how to escalate
  • Monitor the performance and reliability of digital solutions at our customers; identify improvements, address these at Innovation and monitor follow-up
  • Identify what is required to further professionalize the remote technical support of digital solutions in terms of processes, organization, and tooling
  • Be the linking pin between Technical Support and other departments involved in digital solutions, such as Innovation, Innova (Services), Techcenter; identify opportunities to further improve cooperation; ensure a seamless cooperation between the Innova and Poultry Service organization
  • Be a knowledge go-to person for Technical Support with regards to digital solutions and underlying IT/controls infrastructure; train TS organisation how to support digital solutions

  • BSc or MSc with technical background in controls & operations technology, mechatronics or similar
  • (Extensive) Field experience with measurement and machine control technology in (process) industry
  • Strong knowledge and experience of IT and OT solutions applied in business production environments
  • Experiences with IT Service delivery (ITIL) is and advantage
  • Affinity and interest in digital transformation, data analytics, IoT, SaaS, etc.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytic skills and a pro-active attitude
  • You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20-30%)
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset that fits excellent in a new small team
