    Beschrijving
    • Collaborate closely with the Senior eCommerce Merchandiser and the eCommerce team to develop and implement site merchandising strategies, encompassing product category pages, homepage recommendations, cross-sells, up-sells, and product suggestions for newsletters and promotions. Utilize site analytics to contribute insights for upcoming merchandise strategies.
    • Allocate designated products across categories and subcategories, considering various factors such as performance, product life cycle, functionality, color, and availability. Implement and oversee automated ranking rules tailored to each market using search and merchandising tools.
    • Continuously optimize site navigation, internal search functionality, and facets to effectively showcase the full assortment, driving high customer engagement and conversion rates in collaboration with the merchandising team.
    • Conduct performance analysis by scrutinizing sales data, customer behavior, and website metrics to assess the efficacy of merchandising strategies, identifying areas for enhancement through techniques like A/B testing.
    • Proactively identify market-specific opportunities and share insights within the eCommerce team to capitalize on them. Collaborate with the Merchandising team to minimize returns and contribute to constructing an assortment plan aligned with financial objectives.
    • Coordinate closely with the Senior eCommerce Merchandiser, Operations (Demand Planning) team, and Merchandise Planner to forecast and manage inventory levels effectively.

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is essential. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in aneCommerce-related position, with a keen interest inworkwear and/or apparel being highly valued.

    • Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in creating and utilizing spreadsheets with advanced Excel functions. Familiarity with site merchandising tools like Fredhopper or Algolia, as well as experience with FIGMA, is advantageous.
    • We seek a results-oriented individual capable of effective planning, prioritization, and workload organization, with the ability to work efficiently and independently while meeting deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interaction across all organizational levels.
    • The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in business-level English is mandatory, while proficiency in a second language such as German, Spanish, or French is beneficial.
