- Collaborate with the eCommerce team members and support them with daily operational tasks.
- Support the merchandising team on all product related tasks, such as setting up product launches, merchandising collections on product landing pages, setting up lead colorways for products.
- Support on site and sales analysis with available tools and reports, using this information as input for merchandising decisions.
- Assist in identifying trends in product performance, across different markets.
- Understand the seasonal calendar flow for all products to support on product launches and maintenance of seasonal files.
- Support with QA process for all projects, enhancements, and campaigns to ensure content is properly translated and locally relevant, information is accurate, links are functional, and featured product is available.
- Support the translations process for the website.
- Use our Content Management System to ensure timings are kept, according to deadlines.
- Support the eCommerce Merchandisers with the creation of site content in line with seasonal goals and campaigns.
- Assist the eCommerce merchandising team with doing regular market research to identify market trends and opportunities for implementation.
- Support with QA process on the website daily to identify friction areas.
- University student in the field of business studies and/or marketing.
- Interest in eCommerce, product and online merchandising.
- Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of task.
- Data oriented and analytical.
- Demonstrated ability to connect the dots and find creative solutions to problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.
- Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate and react to changing plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional European languages are considered a plus.
- Comfortable with working virtually.

:In your role as EMEA eCommerce intern, you will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce team with all tasks related to and email marketing, with a focus on product merchandising. Responsibilities will range from performing sales analysis to involvement in product launches, including cross-functional collaboration on site content planning and e-mail marketing, systems preparations (Salesforce CC) and merchandising of product pages. In this role, you will work closely with various cross functional teams to learn the fundamentals of eCommerce and get hands-on experience with some of the most widely used eCommerce software. You will be a contributor in bringing our product and storytelling to life with compelling brand and product content that will increase brand engagement and site conversion.
