Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële verantwoording naar vastgoedeigenaren.
De functie:
Als Property Administrator verzorg je de financiële verantwoording naar eigenaren van onroerend goed (institutionele en particuliere beleggers). Op administratief gebied zal jij het aanspreekpunt zijn voor de accountmanagers, technisch managers en eigenaren. In deze afwisselende functie draag je de gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid over onze landelijke portefeuille. Tot je takenpakket behoort het volgende:
