    Assistant Manager (Technology Transfer) (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine (Ref to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, science, business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience in the relevant industry.
  • An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Highly motivated, innovative, and hardworking.

    • Duties:

  • Join the Technology Transfer Unit of HKUMed, contributing to technology commercialization activities.
  • Work closely with researchers in the Faculty and external collaborators to identify and develop collaboration and commercialization opportunities.
  • Organize events to promote commercialization initiatives.
  • Provide support to senior management for meetings and engagements with government offices, organizations, or corporations.
  • Assist in the administration of innovation- and technology-related funding schemes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
