- Manage business relationships for major accounts, ensuring profitable growth.
- Deliver monthly forecasts and develop business plans/strategies.
- Roll out and coordinate marketing strategies for major accounts.
- Provide expert knowledge on products/services and analyze market trends.
- Conduct training, demonstrations, and testing processes for customers.
- Collaborate with the technical department to handle complex issues.
- Proactively prevent and solve technical problems at existing customers.
- Update CRM with accurate customer-related information systematically.
- Promote a positive company image and develop long-term relations with major accounts.
- Preferably NACE + RMCI qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Yacht industry or similar (Marine, Protective Coatings).
- Knowledge of painting processes, products, and application processes.
- Willingness to travel across the area and beyond to support colleagues or attend meetings/training courses.
