    Senior Marketing Assistant/Marketing Assistant, EMBA Marketing and Admissions (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

    Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year's work experience. Relevant experience in the marketing and admissions functions for EMBA/DBA, or other executive education programmes or work experience in the marketing and admissions as Executive Assistant in education institutions would be a good advantage. They should have outstanding organisational and communication skills, a great command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), as well as proficiency in using MS office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. They should also be mature, meticulous and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and be a good team player. Candidates with good marketing skills, or familiarity with social media platforms (including being skilled at using WeChat for promotion) would be highly preferred. Those with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant.

    The appointee will assist in various marketing and admission areas of the Faculty's EMBA programme, such as admission process, database management, website update, marketing content generation, invoices and purchase orders processing, events support, etc. He/She will also perform other duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Faculty's Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

    A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
