- You have 1-3 years of recent and relevant ICT work experience;
- You grasp the basics of ICT, with knowledge of Windows Server and Office365 being advantageous;

With over 1000 employees and 900 workstations spread across 14 locations, our ICT department is crucial to our organization. You ensure that every colleague is equipped with the right tools to perform their work effectively. Our ICT department is currently undergoing a significant transition in terms of standardization and simplicity, leading to numerous projects in which you can be involved.
As a System Administrator, you facilitate a smooth workday for both new and existing employees. You provide everyone with the appropriate hardware, and Windows accounts are automatically created using the new IAM HelloID software. Subsequently, you ensure that everyone can progress in their workspace, whether it's a fixed, mobile, or specialized workstation. All activities related to user registration and authorization are within the team's responsibility, including both fixed and mobile telephony. As a department, we are also engaged in Azure and endpoint management with Intune.
In addition, you handle inquiries coming through our Helpdesk. This could involve a colleague experiencing issues with a particular application or, for example, a malfunctioning printer. You are there to either resolve the problem yourself or coordinate the troubleshooting process.
You have ample room to grow and the freedom to showcase your abilities. You think beyond managing workstations and ICT systems. Perhaps you'll delve into server or network management, be involved in various projects, or eventually lead projects yourself. Each day brings new challenges
The entire IT department comprises 70 colleagues in total. Within it, the system and application management team consists of 7 colleagues. They provide helpdesk support, manage workstations, and perform functional and technical system and application management. It's a busy environment, but the atmosphere is informal. During department meetings, you have the opportunity to discuss everything and brainstorm on how to best serve the organization. You are trusted, and there's room for learning and growth through the inevitable occasional mistakes.
