Planon is an international software supplier that supports organizations in fully streamlining all processes related to buildings, people, and workplaces.

Planon solutions achieve efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction in these processes and significantly contribute to customer satisfaction and productivity.

Planon was founded in 1982 and has its own offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Canada, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, India, Austria, Singapore, and the United States.

It serves over 2,500 customers globally across various industries.

The system administration department consists of 5 people.

From the Planon headquarters in Nijmegen, these 5 people manage, maintain, and support the entire IT infrastructure in all Planon offices.

As an intern, you are responsible for and provide support in tasks including:

Performing (re)installations of desktops/laptops.
Logging incidents/requests.
Maintaining documentation related to workstation incidents.
Resolving firstline incidents.
Creating, updating, and distributing user documentation.

You are enrolled in an MBO level 3 or 4 program in IT management.
Proficient in both the Dutch and English languages.
