- Support procurement team in soliciting bids and assist in identifying potential suppliers and conducting market research to assess their capabilities and offerings.
- Assist in analyzing procurement requirements and identifying cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing or alternative sourcing strategies
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing procurement activities, cost savings initiatives, and supplier performance metrics for management review.
- Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, including terms and conditions, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support the implementation of procurement analytics tools and dashboards to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in both English and Dutch
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Your responsibilities include
