- In kaart brengen van de volledige verzekeringsportfolio voor de (internationale) Ecorus Groep, met vennootschappen in Nederland, Duitsland en België. Dit betreft zowel verzekeringen relevant voor de bedrijfsactiviteiten van Ecorus (ontwikkeling, ontwerp, installatie en exploitatie van zonnestroominstallaties) als de bedrijfsvoering op het gebied van kantoren, werknemers en bestuurders;
- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het verspreiden en up to date houden van kennis over de verschillende verzekeringsdekkingen bij de relevante operationele afdelingen binnen de Ecorus Groep;
- Periodiek zorg je voor overleg met de verschillende interne stakeholders, zodat je zicht houdt op ontwikkelingen in de praktijk en naleving van verzekeringsvereisten. Je zult hierover ook periodiek moeten rapporteren aan het management;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het portfoliobeheer: je begeleidt nieuwe verzekeringsaanvragen, dekkingsuitbreidingen, polisverlengingen of – opzeggingen.
- Je zorgt voor een centrale administratie van alle relevante documentatie en houdt die up to date;
- Je adviseert over de beste manier waarop de organisatie structureel inzicht kan verkrijgen in de implementatie en opvolging van verzekeringsvereisten en de rapportage daarover aan het management;
- Je fungeert als contactpersoon voor onze verschillende verzekeringsmakelaars en zet vragen van hen uit binnen de organisatie;
- Bij schade in de voorbereiding of uitvoering van projecten zul je de juridische gevolgen gezamenlijk met de aansprakelijkheidsjurist in kaart brengen. Als een verzekeringsclaim opportuun is, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het indienen en opvolgen van verzekeringsclaims. In de afhandeling van schadeclaims ben jij de tussenpersoon tussen schade expertisebureaus en de verschillende project- of sitemanagers die informatie zullen moeten verstrekken.

Wij zoeken een organisatorische duizendpoot met kennis en ervaring in de verzekeringsbranche. Iemand die er plezier in schept zowel zelfstandig als in groepsverband te werken zowel intern als extern. Je bent analytisch, houdt goed het overzicht over complexe informatie en vormt een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor onze sales- en projectmanagers bij vragen over verzekeringsdekking van onze solar-projecten. Je denkt vooruit en houdt trends in de verzekeringsbranche die aan onze solar-projecten raken goed in de gaten, zodat je het management kunt adviseren over uitbreiding of wijziging van de verzekeringsportfolio.

Wat kan je verwachten?
Deze functie zal je uitvoeren onder begeleiding van het Legal Team, die binnen de organisatie onder andere toezien op het risicomanagement. De rol is voor een groot gedeelte nog naar eigen inzicht te vormen. We verwachten daarom van jou een pro-actieve en onderzoekende houding. Je zult nauw samenwerken met de jurist binnen het Legal Team die verantwoordelijk is voor advisering rondom aansprakelijkheidskwesties.

Ecorus is een snel groeiende scale up met bijbehorende uitdagingen. Als Insurance Officer word jij het eerste aanspreekpunt in de organisatie voor alles wat betrekking heeft op de verzekeringsportfolio van Ecorus. Je onderhoudt daarbij contact met externe partijen (zoals onze verzekeringsmakelaar en schade expertise bureaus) en interne stakeholders, zoals de CFO, de COO en verschillende sales- en projectmanagers in de ontwikkeling, voorbereiding en uitvoering van onze solar-projecten.
