- A proven track record of managing enterprise assets of at least $1 million.
- Outstanding performance compared to the industry, with a track record of at least 10% returns since inception and over the past 5 years.
- High Sharpe ratio and low historical performance drawdowns compared to peers.
- Independent fund manager registered in a jurisdiction with strong regulatory oversight.
