    This role will lead the global sales agenda across all channels and regions. As a key member of the executive team, you will own global sales P&L performance, lead an international team, and drive best-in-class go-to-market execution across EMEA, the US and APAC.

    You will be pivotal to sustaining strong growth, building scalable and sustainable sales practices that ensure consistent delivery and margin enhancement. The role requires the ability to build strategic partnerships with key retailers and business partners, and to operate in close partnership with Marketing, the CEO and the broader leadership team.

    Key Requirements
    • High energy, strong brand affinity and the vision to evolve and transform the sales function as the business scales.
    • Proven senior sales leadership in B2C environments, operating across EMEA, US and APAC, and across all channels (DTC, retail, marketplace, distributors).
    • Deep experience managing global key accounts and leading enterprise-level negotiations with major retailers/partners.
    • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a track record of using analytics to drive sales performance, forecasting and demand planning.

    • Background in consumer electronics (or closely related consumer tech hardware), with a clear track record of sales growth excellence—driving sustainable revenue expansion, share gains and margin improvement across multiple regions.
