In deze functie werk je mee aan onze ambitieuze doelstelling; Aebi Schmidt op World Class Manufacturing niveau krijgen. Om dit te bereiken willen we aanzienlijke stappen zetten op de ladder van het Continuous Improvement Maturity Model. Het programma 'Fit for tomorrow' omvat alle stappen die moeten worden genomen om dit doel te bereiken. Je hebt hierbij een belangrijke coördinerende, adviserende en ondersteunende rol. Je bedenkt en werkt adviesvoorstellen uit, die inzicht geven in de analyse van processen en benodigde veranderingen ten opzichte van de huidige situatie. Bij implementatie van de verbeteringen leid je de projecten. Je stelt projectplannen op en beheert deze. Je bewaakt de projectplanning en bepaalt mede het projectbudget en ROI. Daarnaast begeleid je de managers van de Plant en hun teamleiders bij de implementatie van je voorgestelde verbeteringen. In deze functie zorg je dat projecten worden geleid en deadlines gehaald worden. Je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies om de processen en dagelijkse operatie in de Plant continu te verbeteren. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Head Plant Netherlands.

Je komt te werken in het Continuous Improvement Team, wat in Nederland bestaat uit twee mensen. Daarnaast werk je samen met Continuous Improvement Engineers uit andere Europese Plants. Ook werk je in deze functie veel samen met het management team van de Plant in Nederland, hier maak je dan ook deel van uit.
