    Job Title: Multibrand CRC Quality Specialist

    This is an opportunity to join our team as a Multibrand CRC Quality Specialist and make a significant impact in our Customer Relations Center. Working closely with the CRC Operations and Business Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the CRC while ensuring that service quality meets Maison and Richemont standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the implementation of the Group's "New Retail" strategy at the regional CRC
    • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance automation and efficiency within the CRC
    • Collaborate with Maison and group functions to support CRC strategy
    • Facilitate communication among regional teams to achieve business goals
    • Embrace digital transformation while maintaining a human touch
    • Drive quality assessment programs and analyze client interactions
    • Develop team members through feedback and coaching
    • Utilize data to define development plans and performance objectives
    • Support the creation of annual strategic plans for quality improvement
    • Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure compliance and uphold service culture

    Requirements for Success:

    • Strong analytical skills
    • Proficiency in digital platforms and MS applications
    • Ability to self-manage and execute tasks independently
    • Effective feedback, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
    • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
    • Excellent communication skills and adaptability
    • Passion for continuous improvement and collaborative teamwork
    • Previous experience in e-commerce or client services
    • Operational experience in customer-facing roles
    • Understanding of business processes and customer service
