Als productmanager bied je technische ondersteuning aan de operations teams in de landen. Je draagt zorg voor een vlotte voortgang van de nieuwbouw binnen de productgroep refrigeration. Taken en werkzaamheden• Verantwoordelijk voor alle internationale reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de Coolworld vloot incl. modificaties (ondersteunend aan de landen);
• Verantwoordelijk voor de technische ondersteuning aan de service coördinatoren in de landen;
• Het beheer van bestaande productlijnen, o.a., assortiment, bijbehorende accessoires beoordelen / doorvoeren van verbeteringen welke zijn voorgesteld vanuit de trainingen en/of uit het veld;
• Vraagt offertes aan voor nieuwbouworders, legt uitgewerkte calculaties voor aan product development manager (pdm) voor besluitvorming;
• Stemt vervolgens de complete nieuwbouwplanning af met leveranciers en interne betrokkenen en organiseert alle benodigde werkzaamheden;
• Beheert, onderhoud, en stelt alle benodigde documenten op t.b.v. Running Test, Return Check, Onderhoud, van de nieuwe aangekochte en bestaande machines i.s.m. collega product managers;
• Het bijhouden van technologische ontwikkelingen en deze indien nodig vertalen naar de praktijk en ontwikkelingen m.b.t. wetgeving en milieu;
• Beheert, onderhoud en stelt alle documenten op t.b.v. marketing zoals technische fiches, technische documentatie (van de leverancier(s))zoals spare parts list, CE-attesten, installatie manuals, service manuals, parameterlijsten;
• Fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt / ondersteuning voor alle depots aangaande de complexe uit te voeren reparaties, modificaties en onderhoud binnen de product groep;
• Verzorgt Interne technische productinformatie voor de international trainer welke benodigd is voor het opzetten van de interne opleidingen. Opleiding en ervaring eisen
• MBO+/ HBO werk en denkniveau;
• Talenkennis: Engels en Duits goed in woord en geschrift;
• Kennis van Microsoft office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint en ERP-systeem;
• Ervaring in de koeltechniek en HVAC elektrotechniek. Competenties
