- Escaleert problemen van klanten naar meer senior teamleden
- Heeft kennis van de producten en invloed op de verkoopresultaten en de algehele klantervaring van het toegewezen winkelgebied
- Zorgt voor een goede presentatie van de winkel door producten vanuit het magazijn aan te vullen en de winkel netjes te houden
- In staat om instructies op te volgen en te werken in een snelle en dynamische omgeving
- Ervaring binnen een winkelomgeving is een plus
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en/of Engels
