- Prioritising where and how we invest globally to drive growth.
- Align and secure consensus from global AFH LT & BU/ country AFH leads to the plan.
- Define the WOW to drive action and execution locally both internally and externally for each customer.
- Lead global engagement across all functions externally to build mutually beneficial JVP's
- Defining and measuring success criteria and KPI's both globally and locally.
- Defining and rolling out commercial and execution standards globally.
- Identify and implement contractual standards.
- Ensuring at a global level we execute with excellence global brand campaigns with global partners e.g. Heinz Hospitality.
- Establish Global AFH Sales team to share best practice and key takeaways.
- Lead AFH sales capabilities globally. Assess sales capabilities, identify and prioritise opportunities and build programmes supported by cross functional team to drive improvements in key areas.

- Experience working with cross functional teams internally and externally.
- Commercial foresight to establish and track key success criteria and act fast when needed to course correct.
