Wat ga je doen?
Als retail marketeer voel jij je als een vis in het water in de retailwereld. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het maken, coördineren en bewaken van planningen voor landelijke en lokale marketingacties voor ons merk Sanders Wonen. Je rapporteert aan de brand manager en bent haar rechterhand. Samen zorg je ervoor dat de campagnes die je ontwikkelt succesvol worden uitgerold op onze online kanalen, externe media en in de winkels. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van alle geplande activiteiten en verricht kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve analyses van de marketinginitiatieven. Wat kun je verwachten?
Je komt te werken voor onze winkelformule Sanders Wonen; al ruim 50 jaar een vertrouwd gezicht op woonboulevards verspreid door heel Nederland. In de rol van Retail Marketeer kom je terecht in een dynamisch bedrijf, dat gekenmerkt wordt door passie voor woninginrichting, liefde voor het vak, oog voor kwaliteit en een klantgerichte benadering.
Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om impact te hebben op de groei en ontwikkeling van ons merk. Er is veel kennis in huis en er is voldoende ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling binnen het bedrijf. Voor een goed idee is altijd ruimte; pak die ruimte Ook kun je rekenen op de allerleukste collega's. Je werkt in een hecht team waarbij jullie elkaar motiveren om het hoogst haalbare resultaat te behalen. Maar er is ook altijd ruimte voor een grapje en gezelligheid. Daarnaast krijg je van ons:
