    Our client is a global international company (based in the area of Rotterdam).

    Client Details

    For our client we are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor a.i. for the period of 6 months.

    Description

    As a Senior Internal Auditor a.i. you will handle a variety of tasks:

    • You draw up an annual audit plan, which is the basis for the checks to be carried out.
    • You check the existence and operation of internal control measures (AO/IC), the assignment of automated job profiles and control measures included in control frameworks.
    • Where necessary, you translate the management letter from the auditor into new or amended AO/IC measures.
    • You translate audit findings into practical advice and monitor its implementation.
    • You conduct a hearing regarding the findings and report the results orally and/or in writing to the owner of the process and Management.
    • You advise on further development of control frameworks.
    • You are the first point of contact within the organization for issues in the field of AO/IC.
    • You show initiative in further developing your own position.

    Profile

    • Experience in audit (internal and external).
    • Risk management, compliance, AO/IC knowledge and experience.
    • Able to make an independent judgment based on your expertise.
    • An HBO or WO working and thinking level, preferably with a completed education in accountancy, operational audit.
