Valentina Licari

I am a student, I am currently working as a full time administrator in Milan and I am planning to move in The Hague to start a course in Leiden’s University. I am looking for a part time job to support my staying and my studies. 

I am currently working as a full time administrator for a retail company in Milan; my job is somewhere in between a supervisor and a back office expert. I am responsible for various aspects of human resources and store management, including recruiting and selecting staff, handling documentation, managing hiring, terminations, and contract renewals. I conduct initial employee training, oversee safety and compliance training programs, and manage disciplinary procedures. Additionally, I supervise the payroll-related portals for scheduling and work hours. In terms of store operations, I oversee the cash department, handle cash management, coordinate cash deposits, and facilitate collections by authorized companies.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science; I have C1 level of english.

I have worked for JD Sports for 3 years, of which 1 and half years as an administrator.
