I'm a Javascript React front-end developer. Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and React. With backend NodeJs/ Express/ Mongodb/ MySQL knowledge.
I've deployed using AWS EC2/RDS/S3, Netlify Serverless (lambda), Vercel, or Google Firebase/Firestore.
Highly motivated and creative, with a passion to build innovative, practical, accessible and aesthetic user
experiences. 

My strongest skill...
Because web development fits well with my previous work experience, and personal interest, I studied React. React is my current expertise, and I prefer to work as a React developer.

Extra skills...
As Python dev I have experience building web apps, APIs, web scraping, and data
analysis with Pandas. Proficient at object oriented programming.
Algorithmic trading bots (arbitrage, market making) are/were a hobby.

What I am looking for...
Unfortunately I'm limited to hybrid/remote work (full-time, max 1 day/week on-site). 
Why? A couple of years ago I got cancer. I had a lot of surgeries and needed time to recover.
- Bad news: due to a remaining handicap I am limited to hybrid/remote work.
- Good news: During recovery I learned/ perfected programming in Javascript and Python.

The last 5 years I worked as frontend web developer.

I was responsible for creating and maintaining frontend functionality on the landing pages of the company's product website.

This was mostly done using HTML/ CSS/ Javascript. Designs were provided by the design team (Adobe, Figma), and it was my job to turn these into fully functioning website components. I also learned to work with backends using NodeJS, ExpressJS, and MySQL.

As in-house frontend developer I was also responsible for the communication with external software companies responsible for the creation and maintenance of a browser-based printing-on-demand design tool.

It was a flat organisation, so I was aware of issues in most parts of the company. That's why I used my coding skills to automate a printer workflow and helped improve the time efficiency of my dtp colleagues.
