    Wat ga je doen?

    Als Supervisor in de logistiek geef jij leiding aan teamleiders en andere medewerkers in het warehouse. Je brengt jouw kennis over logistieke processen en ervaring over op ongeveer 40 logistiek medewerkers. Aan jou de taak om de interne en externe goederenstromen zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen. Jouw passie zit in het managen, coachen en opleiden van de medewerkers en je streeft naar verbetering van de gang van zaken. Dankzij jou worden collega's gemotiveerd en geënthousiasmeerd, waardoor resultaten en KPI's worden behaald. Tevens ben je zelf ook actief op de werkvloer om het goede voorbeeld te geven. Administratie behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket, want het verwerken van de productiviteit en de personeelsadministratie moet op orde zijn.

    Naast de operationele taken ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor het hele team en voer jij ook beoordelingsgesprekken. Samen met je collega Supervisors run jij de hele boel

    Werkzaamheden

    • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 40 collega's aan;
    • Je spart met klanten om processen te verbeteren en maakt analyses om dit voor elkaar te krijgen;
    • Administratieve werkzaamheden zoals onder andere personeelsadministratie en rapportages;
    • Nastreven van KPI's en teamresultaten.

    Wat verwachten we van je?

    • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een logistieke omgeving;
    • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
    • Je deinst niet terug om fysieke werkzaamheden te verrichten;
    • Je bent een teamplayer en communicatief sterk;
    • Je bent flexibel in werktijden en kan verschillende diensten werken (7.00 tot 16.00 of 16.00 tot 1.00).

    Waar ga je werken?

    Je gaat werken voor een internationaal bedrijf in de logistieke sector. Je komt te werken in een mega magazijn van meer dan m2 groot Ze hebben Nederlands als officiële voertaal op kantoor, maar je moet ook de Engelse taal beheersen, want in het magazijn is Engels de voertaal. De termen chauffeurs, planning, expeditie, routes, distributiecentrum, warehouse en depot vliegen je om de oren. Dus het is wel belangrijk dat je jezelf daarin thuis gaat voelen, anders is het geen match.
